The only child in my class, this semester, to make Honor Roll!!! The top can sure be a lonely place at times.

As a single parent, this is usually a very stressful time of year. There are clothes, shoes, school uniforms and supplies to be purchased ... and fees to be paid! And ohhh yes … tuition to pay, for so many parents with children in independent or parochial schools. For me, it is usually time to put on my chauffeur’s hat and resume my roll as Chauffeur Extraordinaire – while juggling the roles of mom and employee. But this was a personal choice I made when I decided that the school bus was too unsafe or I simply chose to ignore the fact that the bus does not pick up children from "his school." I guess the obvious assumption is that moms with children in independent schools do not work. Naturally, most single moms would have chosen to take the path of least resistance, but not me ... Ohhh no, not me (LOL!!!). Instead of putting Ty in public school in the neighborhood, which would have saved me time and money, I chose to pay for before and aftercare services.

My choice to enroll Ty in an independent school was something that simply needed to be done. I knew at an early age that he was extremely gifted and, like a sponge, would absorb EVERYTHING I threw his way. This included math, reading, spelling, and even Spanish. Hopefully, his cognitive skills have not been diminished by the mind-altering drugs forced on him by CPS and his "care" provider, which she insists that he calls her mom. My decision to enroll him in an independent school was not made for social clout or status – it was a decision made because Ty is/was an exceptionally gifted child, who likewise needed to be in an exceptionally challenging and enriched environment, surrounded by children with parents that work as hard as I do to make sure that their children receive a quality education … both at home and at school. Nevertheless, it was not always easy to pay for tuition, and childcare in two separate facilities! Well, enough about us.

For thousands of parents, this time of year presents a hollowness ... an emptiness unimaginable or inconceivable for most. There will be no yellow school bus stopping at their homes -- nor are they allowed to sit at their child’s school, with other parents, while waiting for the 2:30 end-of-day bell to ring. You see, these parents were declared “abusive and/or negligent” by a juvenile court judge – with or without an opportunity to defend themselves against the allegations and without the other benefits of due process. As a result, so many of us have been court-ordered to stay away from our children -- this, of course, being in the "best interest of the child."

In our homes, there is simply a deafening silence which was once filled with childhood innocence and laughter. Boy, you can not imagine how much I miss hearing “Mommy I want this … mommy, buy me that … Do I have to do my homework now, or can I go outside first … Mommy, Mom-Meeeeh, MOMMY!!!”

To all parents blessed to still have the little gifts that God gave you, kiss them everyday … hug them everyday … and relax enough to enjoy them; because you never know when CPS will show up at the front door and take them away.

I heard an attorney on CNN say “Children are NOT your right, they are a privilege.” I guess she’s right, if you live in the United States of America or communist China!

Culturally diverse private schools and private piano lessons have been replaced with an all White public school in a rural community, and playing the trumpet in public school -- Wow! Isn't this in my best interest!!! Lets not forget my new "forever family." CPS has even taken me from my single mother, moved me out of apartments, townhomes, and condos, and given me the two-parent-household that I deserve. I now live in a house, have a dog, and the playstation that my mom would not allow me to have -- isn't this cool! And, the playstation is in my bedroom ... how cool is that! And no more long and difficult homework assignments and projects, because thanks to CPS I have now spent fourth, fifth, and the beginning of sixth grade in public school -- what a breeze!!! And just think, I will one day be a Black man asked to contribute to this country; if I don't die from "pneumonia" or some other unexplained reason while living in the home of strangers first. And another thing, maybe one day I will understand why I am not even allowed to talk to my mother by telephone -- maybe as an adult, this will all make sense?

Is my child better off with strangers who live in a $500,000 home in the suburbs … because I live in an apartment in an inner city ghetto?

Is my child better off living with strangers in a traditional nuclear family … because I am a single mother?

Is my child better off living with strangers in a house with a stay-at-home mom … because I am a single mother who works full-time?

Is it better for my child to live with strangers who can feed him lobster … because I can only afford chicken?

Is my child better off with strangers who are college educated … because I only have a high school diploma?

Is it to my child’s advantage to live with strangers of a different race … because I am a Black woman who is forced to live with the daily burdens of racism, bigotry, and discrimination?

Is my nine year old only-child better off living in a home with two parents and 10 teenaged foster children … because our two bedroom apartment is roach infested?

Is it in my daughter’s best interest to be removed from my home due to ‘verbal abuse’ because my boyfriend and I argue too much … and placed with strangers who will rape and molest her?

Is my child better off living in the home of her previous social worker who regularly engaged in acts of felony perjury, conspiracy, corruption, and other unconstitutional and criminal acts all under the guise of “protecting” children … because I am a stripper?

Is the forced assimilation of my little Black child into White American society to his advantage … because it will expose him to the things that I can not financially provide? Never mind the loss of cultural identity, traditional teachings, and often irreversibly damaged family bonds. Let’s not forget the advantages of forced assimilation on Native Americans who are still paying the price to this very day in high poverty rates, excessive alcohol addiction and abuse, as well as the lack of economic self sufficiency.

Is my child safer and better protected in the home of strangers because I lack stable housing and battle substance abuse … after all, the temporary care providers are able to offer stable housing and are not alcoholics? Is my child better off living with strangers until the age of 18 who will then declare him “aged-out” and release him to the streets without money, shelter, or the loving support of family to whom he was forced to abandon years earlier.

Most importantly, will my government continue to turn a blind eye to the unconstitutional and often criminal behavior occurring in our juvenile courts? Will my government continue to add more money or fuel to the fire that is Foster Care … which is already burning out of control!

What REALLY Takes Place - Their Dirty Little Secrets Exposed!!!

In Juvenile court, parents are not given the benefit of the following: due process, trial by jury, being able to confront witnesses, and more often than not … the assistance of an attorney. As a matter of fact, CPS is not even required to serve parents with the actual dates of each hearing. They are only required to make "reasonable effort" to notify parents of the hearings. As a result, many parents are not even present in the court room for the jurisdiction/disposition hearings. What a wonderful thing for CPS! Imagine how great it would be if we were only required to make ‘reasonable effort’ before suing someone in small claims, civil, or divorce court ... or issues involving paternity or eviction. I speculate that due process would be a thing of the past and all court orders would be the direct result of a default judgment.

The majority of children in foster and group homes were neither abused nor victims of neglect … and they know it! This often results in uncooperative behavior by the child and an increase in juvenile run aways because given the opportunity, they will attempt to run back to the loving arms of their biological parents - case in point, please read the story of Ariela and Eifrat: http://usconstitutionaldefensecouncil.org/KauffmanVsIllinoisForIsrael.htm. These are facts that are seldom if ever reported, But this is what happens when foster and prospective adoptive parents are allowed to adopt children that are very much loved by their own mothers, fathers, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends but ‘court-ordered’ to have no contact with them.

There is a ‘new’ problem brewing in America and illegal immigration, high gas prices, and Anti-American sentiment have nothing to do with it! Behind the closed doors of our juvenile ‘justice’ system, abuse and corruption is running rampant. Parents are being victimized in unimaginable ways by current child ‘protective’ services laws … especially here in California. It is because of this, that I am sending out an urgent request that investigations be conducted and explanations provided to the public explaining why over 500,000 children are in Foster Care with over 100,000 living right here in California!

As a result of these alarming statistics, Bruce Willis and other celebrities are trying to help these children. However, they are unknowingly being used as instruments of destruction to so many families and their communities. They are unintentionally allowing ‘the system’ to use their notoriety and fame to add more money or fuel to the fire that is CPS/Foster Care … which is already burning out of control! Although their intentions are good, they are strengthening a very corrupt, bigoted, unconstitutional, and often criminal system. The public is unaware that these “abused and/or neglected” children have loving family members whose hearts are being crushed as they are forced to sit back and helplessly watch ‘the system’ exploit their child and hundreds-of-thousands more for profit?

What truly began, years ago, as a safety net for children orphaned or abandoned has become a vicious noose … roping in tons of children who were neither abused nor neglected. By turning a blind eye to the criminal activity taking place in our nations’ juvenile courts and continuing to fund this criminal organization known as CPS/Foster Care, our government is participating in the "legalized" kidnapping of our nations children. Black and Latino communities, particularly, are being ravished by this extremely organized, multifaceted, and intricate criminal organization that is Foster Care. I recently watched several episodes of Adoption Stories on the Discovery Health Channel and everything became painstakingly clear. It appears that little children of color are being used in a modern day social experiment to appease gay and lesbian couples and their ‘right’ to adopt children. Four of the five episodes were stories of little Black and/or Latino children taken from their families, placed into foster care, and adopted by Gay and Lesbian couples. I find it hard to believe that these children were without extended family members willing and able to adopt them prior to them being placed into the system. It is not my intention to offend members of the Gay and Lesbian community; I am merely advocating that in a parents willful or forced absence from their child, extended family members should be allowed to step in prior to handing the child over to strangers. Nevertheless, if you investigate the covert and often illegal tactics used by local police and child "protective" service agencies and the lucrative benefit to their respective states, you would understand why their criminal activity is allowed to continue. No thought is given to the long term traumatic effects of ripping these children of color from their communities, schools, friends, families, culture, and placing them with strangers. The violations that are taking place behind the closed doors of the juvenile courts are examples of domestic human rights abuse and this should not be allowed in the United States of America!

Perhaps we have reached a point in America that without tons of money it no longer pays to have children. We definitely no longer live in a society that honors and values parents’ rights and everything you do, as a parent, is ‘suspect.’ It is truly ‘open season’ on American families. While promoting ‘civil’ unions, our government and society continues to covertly attack the ‘traditional family unit.’
